Our client has built a global reputation delivering innovative solutions to age-old problems across a range of household categories. Our mission was to accelerate their global commercial teams’ digital capabilities by building skills and confidence to think and act digitally with agency partners, retail partners and consumers. The programe needed to be deployed rapidly, at scale, which drove our choice of an online self-serve solution.

What We Did

We developed a comprehensive online programme in priority digital areas including ecommerce, data-driven marketing and social media. We created a seamless learner journey which guided users through a sequenced range of online resources, including a Digital Skills Assessment, online classrooms, microlearning films, further readings and enterprise access to Econsultancy.com.

The Results

The programme has enjoyed incredibly strong uptake, with over 80% completion rates for the Digital Skills Assessment across multiple roles, markets and functions. Client teams have racked up over 300 hours of CPD accredited online learning. The usage data has been analysed to optimise deployment and provide a robust benchmark to measure progress and quantify the value of the investment.
