The Challenge

This US headquartered supply chain management company was looking to establish a competitive edge across their digital marketing teams within the SMB customer segment.

What We Did

We built out a custom online Knowledge Hub featuring custom-curated elearning classrooms, bespoke guided instructional videos, microlearning, research, and best practice guides. In addition, we have conducted over 10 rounds of instructor-led training on a variety of topics. Training has taken place in the US, Europe and Asia, addressing core topics including Email, Search, Social, Segmentation, and Copywriting.

The Result

The client has continually enhanced its customised blended learning programme and is now entering year three of the partnership. Working closely with the client to meet its specific goals and objectives, we have upskilled hundreds of marketers through instructor–led and online training. Marketers at this company have completed over 2,500 elearning modules since June 2018 and read over 1,500 reports since 2018.
