KHWS are the Brand Commerce agency. We create behavioural-led marketing that triggers sales.
We might sound like a Midwest American radio station, but we’re actually an integrated marketing agency of nearly 120 people based in the heart of Farringdon, London.

We cover the full-channel mix with a big digital heart. It means we’re equally happy designing and building a stunning website, producing powerful interactive content, developing engaging social campaigns, implementing effective eCRM/ecommerce or creating in-store activations.

We use behavioural science to understand what drives brand purchase. This allows us to create Brand Commerce marketing which is more effective in driving purchase decisions, both online and offline. We have identified and reframed the nine most relevant heuristics, the hardwired shortcuts our brains use to make purchase decisions. We call them ‘Sales Triggers’ and they allow us to make behavioural science useable for brands. These ‘Sales Triggers’ shape the strategies that inform and create Brand Commerce marketing that help brands sell more effectively.
