Overview

It's easy to feel somewhat overwhelmed with the pace of change in technology and marketing. And unless you spend a lot of time immersed in news services, blogs and reports, it can be difficult to know what you really need to be paying attention to.

So join us at our bi-annual (half day) Digital Intelligence Briefing series in the afternoon as we curate and highlight some of the key digital trends, challenges, opportunities and developments that are going to affect how markets are operating, what tools are used, and how digital marketing practices are changing - making it simple for you to keep track of the key developments in digital technology and marketing.

=====================

In addition to a keynote on Digital Trends Update, we will also be interpreting the data collected from our research (in partnership with Mobile Marketing Association Asia Pacific) on the State of Mobile Marketing in Asia Pacific, based on a survey of more than 800 companies and agencies, carried out in late 2014.

It looks at the extend to which companies are committed to mobile, the channels and technologies they are using, and the challenges they face in improving their capabilities in this area.

The findings also available as a 60+ slide presentation (available to paid subscribers) are presented for APAC overall, with key charts broken down for Asia, Australia, China, India and Singapore.

Jeff Rajeck, Trainer / Consultant | Econsultancy APAC

Jeff has been providing SEO, SEM, social and analytics consulting in Singapore, and is currently working for Recruit Socially - a platform which advertises open roles on social media for large firms and optimizes performance using data science techniques.

His approach is to look at his customers' businesses from first principles and determine how best to reach and interact with the target audience using the available platforms and technology.

As an example, the recruitment industry has for many years used SEO and SEM to acquire candidates. Jeff consults his customers on using new social channels as well and employing advanced analytics techniques to optimize and demonstrate ROI.  Previous clients include Deutche Bank, Siemens, JP Morgan, BASF, and Fujitsu - each of whom faced difficulty recruiting using traditional SEO and SEM and experienced better results on social channels.

Before working in digital media, Jeff provided statistical analytics training to the institutional financial markets working with clients such as Standard Chartered Bank, The Singapore Exchange, and hedge funds.

Originally from Chicago, Jeff has worked on Internet information systems for 20 years including 10 years of managing a team of analysts at Thomson Reuters.

Jeff also regularly hosts roundtables and writes about digital marketing, analytics, and statistics for eConsultancy (https://econsultancy.com/blog/authors/jeff-rajeck).
