In collaboration with IBM Marketing Cloud, this Behavioural Marketing Australia Series is brought to you by Econsultancy.

Behavioural marketing enables marketers to increase the effectiveness of campaigns by capturing and using data generated by customer activity, such as visit a website or responding to social content.

Pam Woehrle is the Vice President of Worldwide Silverpop Go To Market. She has over 25 years of sales and consulting experience, 15 of them working with retail clients in the US and Europe. Pam has led several client teams supporting the Retail, Finance, and Manufacturing Industries. In addition, she ran a large US based services practice focused on implementing eCommerce and Multi-Channel solutions across all industries and has also led the Worldwide Retail Industry Sales team for Software. Finally, Pam has also run several software Brands in IBM NA including Enterprise Content Management and Industry Solutions, and now Silverpop.

Currently, as Vice President, Silverpop GTM, she has responsibility for sales, marketing, services, support and channels worldwide for Silverpop, a Saas based Marketing Automation solution.  Her focus is to run the Silverpop operational model to ensure excellent client experience and to expand Silverpops Marketing Automation solution around the world.
