Overview

In our report, The Future of HR in the Digital Age, the HR role is changing in response to challenges and opportunities brought by digital.

Organisations need to engage with their audiences via the most appropriate media and they need to be able to innovate and continue delivering value to their customers. Having a digital DNA will help your organisation plan, attribute spend, build efficiency and plan for future campaigns.

Timely employee data facilitates nimbless and agility. It points the way toward stronger employee-employer relationships, the direction towards higher engagement. The insights gained from employee data can guide actions and strategies for people managers and HR professionals, your executive team and broader organization.

Join us at this breakfast briefing as we curate and highlight the key digital trends, challenges, opportunities and developments that are going to affect HR and how HR can play a role in digital transformation.
