Keynote Speaker & SME: Liz Sullivan, Vice President, Strategy & Insights, APAC, Epsilon

Liz has over 20 years' of Data and Marketing Communications experience with Epsilon, Korvac, Experian, ClarityBlue, TNT and Acxiom. As such her expertise covers a multitude of marketing services including database and lifecycle marketing strategy, marketing communications planning, campaign management and optimization and multi-channel marketing.

During her career, Liz has led Consulting, Analytics and Insights teams in both Asia and Europe supporting a broad range of clients such as Sky, BBC Worldwide, StarHub, Vodafone, Orange, Skype, The Economist, Dell, IBM, Prudential, Barclays, Ping-An, Marriott, Sands, Four Seasons, Shangri-La, Dairy Farm Group, and P&G.

She completed her Bachelor of Arts (hons) in History from the University of Leicester.

Janet Low leads the client services team across the Asia Pacific region to deliver performance-driven digital programs for clients from multiple industries. Her teams' mandate is to continually challenge marketers to leverage technology for efficiences while striving for greater relevance and value-added customer communications.

She brings close to 20 years' experience in strategic program and client management, 10 of which were spent in the database marketing industry having worked for two of the most highly-rated service providers in Silicon Valley.

Janet thrives on the data-driven nature of digital marketing and the speed with which campaign results are available for near real-time optimization. She hopes to drive greater integration between the power of data-driven insights and connection-inspiring creative strategies to give customers a memorable brand experience.

Tony has more than 15 years' experience in digital media, marketing and CRM in the Greater China region, and has provided ROI driven custom solutions for acquisition and retention for some of the nation's leading domestic companies and multi nationals alike.

Tony received his BBA degree from University of Oregon, USA, where he studied marketing and finance.

He is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Shanghainese and English.
