Exclusively available for Econsultancy Enterprise subscribers, these popular sessions give you the chance to meet with your peers, share best practice and get insight into how they are managing their challenges in particular areas of digital.

Are you a roundtable regular? Our roundtable sessions are now hosted at a new venue - Tenter House in Moorgate, located in the heart of the City of London.

Agenda

Content marketing is often used as a pseudonym for modern day link building, it tends to be kept under the umbrella of organic customer acquisition, as Google prioritises good content within its organic index. In today's landscape, however, all online activity is based around the content that is produced by the brand, therefore a good content strategy should sit in the centre of all online marketing activity, creating brand identity and messaging that is presented to users through different channels.

This session will address the purposes of a content strategy and the struggles in the development and implementation of successful content.

Possible agenda points to be covered:

  • Is content strategy just a rebranded SEO strategy, or is it more integral to the organisations online activity - i.e. is it still just all about the links?
  • What is the preferred approach to developing a content strategy, how do you ensure company-wide breadth and involvement.
  • How can you ensure creativity with a content strategy? Particularly when scaling.
  • What are the struggles with managing agencies and 3rd parties and keeping them in tune with the content strategy.
  • What is the preferred measurement for the performance of good content.

Please note: If you have registered but can no longer make this session, please let us know as soon as possible as places are limited and we will be providing catering for each delegate.

Who should attend?

Roundtables are most suited to those in relatively senior positions who are decision makers and influencers within their organisation.

Attendance is limited to one participant per organisation. There are strictly no sponsors or journalists present. All roundtables are moderated by Econsultancy.

We ask that attendees have something to contribute to discussions as well as areas in which they'd like to learn to ensure conversation is beneficial to all.

Roundtables are exclusive to Econsultancy Enterprise subscribers. To find out more, please call the subscriptions team on 0207 269 1450 or email uk.subscriptions@econsultancy.com.
