For over 20 years Jeff has been working at the intersection of Marketing & Technology in the IT&T and financial services sectors.  During his career Jeff has worked with ICl, Fujitsu, Nortel Networks, American Express and Epsilon in roles that focus on ensuring marketing technology aligns with business strategy and delivers engaging customer experiences.

While at American Express Jeff has rolled out CRM, Marketing Automation, and Content Management & Data Management Platforms at a regional and global level.  Working side by side with Technology and Marketing Jeff has been able to develop business aligned IT roadmaps that drive investment in lead generation, technology capabilities and sit at the foundation of sales & marketing strategies.

Subject Matter Expert: Janet Low, Vice President of Client Services, APAC, Epsilon

Janet Low leads the client services teams across the Asia Pacific region to deliver performance-driven digital programmes for clients from multiple industries. Her teams’ mandate is to continually challenge marketers to leverage technology for efficiencies while striving for greater relevance and value-added customer communications.

Janet possesses over 16 years of experience in strategic programme and client management, 10 of which were spent in the database marketing industry having worked for two of the most highly-rated service providers in Silicon Valley. 

Prior to joining Epsilon, Janet managed online direct response programmes for Fortune 50 companies spanning the high tech, telecommunications, and banking industries. She won over a demanding client and saved an account that was worth USD$3.5million per annum through proactive relationship management and delivering measurable results. Janet also consulted to a large retail bank in California, helping them achieve consistent increases in customer engagement through the analysis and application of campaign data. She has since expanded her portfolio of experience in the travel, media and retail industries.

Janet thrives on the data-driven nature of digital marketing and the speed with which campaign results are available for near real-time optimisation. She hopes to drive greater integration between the power of data-driven insights and connection-inspiring creative strategies to give customers a memorable brand experience.

Subject Matter Expert: Hugh O'Brien, Vice President of Sales, APAC, Epsilon

Based in Singapore, Hugh O’Brien is responsible for business development in the Asia Pacific region. He and his teams from multiple territories in Australia, Asia and China, formulate tailored strategies and marketing solutions that drive marketing ROI and efficiency for organizations of various industries.

Hugh has over 20 years of experience providing customer-focused organizations with relevant brand, marketing and technology solutions. Combined with skills and experience in partnering clients to deliver strategic market leading services, he has helped many regional and global clients to improve their marketing efficiency, strengthen their customer journeys and drive ROI results. Some of the recognized household brands that Hugh has worked closely with are IBM, Procter & Gamble, Guinness, Shell Oil and Australian Tourism.

Hugh joined Epsilon in 2015 after working with many global and regional database and marketing services agencies as head of sales and marketing in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Prior to this he started out in technology, advertising and consulting in the UK.
