Dave Walters is a 20 plus year digital marketer, with the last dozen years spent involved with Silverpop in many capacities.

He was Silverpop's first corporate customer in the very early 2000s while working internally at UPS. From there, he spent 5 plus years in Account Management at Top 5 US digital agencies including Modem Media, Digitas, Tribal DDB and others where he often selects marketing technology on behalf of his customers.

He's been certified on the product since joining Silverpop in 2011, and spends the majority of time counselling small and large digital marketing teams on strategy and execution. Dave's also a frequent speaker at Silverpop and industry events on all things digital marketing.

Joseph is the Business Development Executive for IBM India Pvt Ltd covering the India / ASEAN region for IBM Marketing Cloud Platforms. A Graduate in Arts from Bangalore University, is an accomplished sales professional been associated with the software solutions industry with his core strengths in Business Development, Market Identification, Strategic Accounts Management, Partner Enablement in the South Asian markets.  He has had regional and national roles across various organizations viz., GrapeCity, Telelogic (today part of IBM), Compuware Corporation and Adobe Systems India Pvt Ltd. 

The past 4 years he has been associated with the digital growth and development of the India markets and has responsible to grow the Digital Marketing Cloud Business for Adobe across M&E, IT/ITES and Classifieds verticals in areas viz., Customer Experience Management, Analytics, Media Spends, Re-Targeting & Personalization, Data Management, Cross Channel Campaign Management and Online Reputation Management.

Chin Sheng (CS) is currently an IBM solutions consultant to leading marketing organisations across Asia Pacific. His expertise spans marketing automation including mobile and email marketing, behavioral marketing and digital customer experience management. He spends significant time co-creating targeted digital marketing programs with leading marketers in Financial Services, Retail, e-Commerce, Travel & Hospitality, Media/Publishing, High Tech in both to B2B and B2C segments.

Prior to joining IBM, CS spent some years as a digital marketing consultant with Oracle Customer Experience focused regionally in ASEAN where he was called upon to vision and solution alongside enterprise clients. As validation of his strength in teaming with leading marketers, CS was awarded a number of accolades including Top Sales Consultant in Q3 2013 and Certificate of Excellence in Q4 2014.

CS is a digital marketing enthusiast invigorated by expansive possibilities of mobile marketing specifically in the midst of unique challenges and opportunities present in each market in ASEAN.
