Roundtable Format

There are 9 roundtable topics and each delegate chooses 3 table topics most relevant to you, each session lasting about an hour and fifteen minutes. Each roundtable is independently moderated and focuses on a particular topic discussing challenges or areas of interest nominated by the table's attendees in the time available. This level of input ensures you get the maximum from your day.

Damien is a digital disrupter and change agent with over 20 years’ experience in marketing and digital transformation. He is highly awarded, being honoured with “Global Top 50 Digital Marketing Leaders 2016”, “Financial Services Marketer of the Year 2016”, “Digital Marketer of the Year 2016”, "Most Influential CMO 2015", "Marketing Professional of The Year 2012" and the "Brand Leadership Award 2011".

He recently joins Econsultancy APAC as Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Principal Consultant looking to help organisations in their digital transformation process. 

Damien is also currently CEO of Peoplewave a cloud-based HR software company on a mission to make work fair. Before entrepreneurship, he was Global Head of Digital Marketing at Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to this he was Chief Marketing Officer at Philips APAC. Damien has also worked at major global brands such as Samsung, Dell, Ogilvy & Mather, Citibank, Coca-Cola, NRMA and McKinsey & Company.

Caroline leads global alliances and key loyalty partnerships in North America and abroad, including the loyalty consulting practice, the venture in customer experience, corporate marketing and LoyaltyOne’s partnership with Dotz, the largest loyalty program in South America.

Working across multiple industry sectors, including retail, financial services, telecom and publishing, Caroline’s past executive roles include Senior Vice President of Marketing for Rogers Communications Inc., Canada’s largest telecom services provider, CRM Manager at Sears Canada, Senior Vice President, Chief Knowledge Officer at LoyaltyOne and Senior Vice President of Marketing for the AIR MILES Reward Program. She also managed COLLOQUY, a collection of publishing, education and research resources devoted to the global loyalty marketing industry. COLLOQUY has served the loyalty marketing industry since 1990 with more than 45,000 global subscribers.
