Overview

This BusinessConnect 2015 series is brought to you by IBM (in collaboration with Econsultancy).

Join the dialogue with your peers and cross-industry experts in this half-day interactive roundtable session to gather Marketing Insights on how leading organisations are transforming their respective businesses for the digital age by better leveraging data driven marketing, personalisation and marketing performance management.

By attending this session, you will not only be able to learn about latest in developments, trends and best practices, exchange forward thinking ideas around some of the top-of-mind issues, but also hear how organisations are using marketing insights to transform relationships and interactions, putting customers at the centre of everything they do.

Attendance is limited to 24 - 30 attendees to ensure maximum interaction and sharing of insights.

As part of the BusinessConnect 2015 series, we are also running similar roundtable sessions in Kuala Lumpur (10 March 2015) and Bangkok (12 March 2015).

The Roundtable Format

The roundtable allows you to discuss a number of related subjects (select 2) that are most relevant to you and allows you to find out from your peers how they are addressing similar challenges / opportunities.

1.       Data-Driven Marketing

Data-driven marketing is far more than number crunching, it's about using data to make better marketing decisions and ultimately, to transform customer interactions into engaging, relevant and personalised experiences. Data is obviously an essential component, but your organisation's culture and processes can often make the difference between success and failure. Is your organisation ready to make the most of data-driven marketing?

2.       Personalisation

Personalisation has become top-of-mind for companies aiming to improve the customer experience. The strong commercial case for personalisation can't be ignored: recent Econsultancy research revealed that on average, businesses personalising the customer experience report a 14% uplift in sales. The ability to personalise the customer experience at scale and across touch points is now a reality for those businesses which have the right technology and processes in place. Is your organisation among them?

3.       Marketing Performance Management

CMOs are increasingly asked to clearly demonstrate the impact and value of each marketing programme, and are held accountable for every dollar spent. Although marketing measurement has become more automated, marketers continue to struggle with measuring marketing effectiveness and proving marketing's contribution to the business. To what extent are your marketing efforts performance-driven?

Each roundtable is moderated by Econsultancy and focused on a particular topic with delegates proposing specific questions or challenges they wish to discuss on that topic in the time available. There are 2 roundtable sessions of 60 minutes each, please select 2 most relevant topics when registering.

Led by IBM's cross industry subject matter experts, this roundtable session is a 'hands-on' participatory event driven by your priority areas and pain points, enabling you to learn through discussion and debate, gather marketing insights driving effective business decisions, and network with like-minded peers.
