Delphine Remy-Boutang is WW Digital, Social Media Marketing Manager at IBM.She joined IBM 11 years ago and is based in London. Prior to her current role, she held a number of positions within IBM communications, marketing and sales.

Before joining IBM, she worked at EURO RSCG (ADSA) and Alain Carre in Paris where she was responsible of Public Relations. In her current role, she leads efforts in moving IBM Software Group marketing into online and social media marketing, focused on driving innovative marketing capabilities via the web, driving digital influence strategy and execution across the Geographies. She is a frequent speaker at seminars, internal IBM conferences on the subject of social media marketing and its effective use. Shawn Burns

As Global Vice President of SAP.com and Online Marketing, Shawn is responsible for all Web strategy, design, development, and operations for SAP’s flagship web property. He also leads all Online Demand Generation activity, combining Global Campaigns, Search and Social Media, with Email and Enewletters to engage SAP’s customer and prospect base. Shawn’s key strength in generating high volume web traffic and converting it into Sales leads is instrumental to SAP’s revenue and margin goals.

Burns began his career at SAP in Jan 2007 as Vice President of Worldwide Demand Generation. He was the driving force in the design of a low-cost “Tele-Web” Lead Generation model in support of SME multi-channel targets and led its successful implementation in NA, EMEA, LatAm and APJ. 

Before joining SAP, Burns spent 8 years at Wunderman (WPP), one of the largest direct marketing agencies in the world, and held various management positions in Latin America and Europe. In his last post at Wunderman, he was Director General of Wunderman France, responsible for Interactive and Database Marketing.

John leads the global marketing team for Expedia Affiliate Network (EAN), an independent subsidiary of Expedia, Inc., which provides private label solutions to the travel industry.

John has 20 years’ sales and marketing leadership experience in the technology space, spanning internet, e-commerce, enterprise software and SaaS. Before joining EAN, John was at ShipServ, the leading B2B e-marketplace to the $60bn marine & offshore supplies industry. As Chief Marketing Officer, John was instrumental in strategic changes that led to a complete re-branding of the business, the development of new product income streams and the introduction of demand generation processes that together more than tripled revenue in less than three years.

Previously, John held marketing management positions at Cramer/Amdocs, Microsoft, Ariba, SAP and Oracle.
