Keynote Speaker & Subject Matter Expert: Janet Low, Vice President of Client Services, APAC, Epsilon

Janet Low leads the client services teams across the Asia Pacific region to deliver performance-driven digital programmes for clients from multiple industries. Her teams’ mandate is to continually challenge marketers to leverage technology for efficiencies while striving for greater relevance and value-added customer communications.

Janet possesses over 16 years of experience in strategic programme and client management, 10 of which were spent in the database marketing industry having worked for two of the most highly-rated service providers in Silicon Valley. 

Prior to joining Epsilon, Janet managed online direct response programmes for Fortune 50 companies spanning the high tech, telecommunications, and banking industries. She won over a demanding client and saved an account that was worth USD$3.5million per annum through proactive relationship management and delivering measurable results. Janet also consulted to a large retail bank in California, helping them achieve consistent increases in customer engagement through the analysis and application of campaign data. She has since expanded her portfolio of experience in the travel, media and retail industries.

Janet thrives on the data-driven nature of digital marketing and the speed with which campaign results are available for near real-time optimisation. She hopes to drive greater integration between the power of data-driven insights and connection-inspiring creative strategies to give customers a memorable brand experience.

With more than 20 years of experience in multinational CRM and Digital agencies in London, Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne, Meena’s experience covers key industry categories in data-driven, insight-led acquisition, retention and lifecycle management programs.  Some of the key industry categories include:  Automotive, Telco, Finance and Retail.  Meena has an inquisitive mind which is fuelled by her passion for innovation and emerging technologies.

Being a digital native, Meena has a strong understanding of digital technologies, including multi-channel integration and building seamless online and offline experiences.
