This webinar will highlight results from Econsultancy's State of Cross-Channel Marketing in Australia and New Zealand report, produced in association with IBM Watson Marketing. The report looks at how marketers in the region progress in their cross-channel marketing strategies.

The live session will be hosted by Jeff Rajeck, Research Analyst, APAC at Econsultancy and co-hosted by Antonia Edmunds, Business Leader, APAC at IBM Watson Marketing. There will be a 15 minute Q&A session after the presentation.

Jeff Rajeck is currently a researcher, trainer and consultant for Econsultancy in APAC and posts frequently on the Econsultancy blog about social media marketing, analytics and statistics.

For the last 5 years, Jeff has been providing SEO, SEM, social and digital marketing analytics consulting in Singapore. His approach is to look at his customers' businesses from first principles and determine how best to reach and interact with their target audience using the available platforms and technology.

Recently he has advised customers on how to use new social channels for recruitment, using an analytical approach to optimize spend and demostrate ROI. Previous clients include Deutsche Bank, DBS, Siemens, JP Morgan, BASF, and Fujitsu - each of whom faced difficulty recruiting using other digital channels and experienced superior results on social media.

Antonia is the Business Leader for the Watson Marketing in Asia Pacific, having moved from London to Singapore following IBM’s acquisition of Silverpop. Previously, as Director of Client Relationships for Silverpop, Antonia was responsible for the overall EMEA customer base, working with strategic clients to ensure they met their marketing and ROI goals through maximising their use of Silverpop’s technologies and services.

Antonia joined Silverpop in 2006 in the client services team, helping key clients plan, execute, deliver and report on complex email marketing campaigns to drive retention and increase customer loyalty. Antonia has more than 11 years of practical and thought leadership experience in working with clients in a range of industries to drive amazing customer experiences through digital marketing strategies and technologies.

In her current role, Antonia is responsible for Watson Marketing’s go to market strategy to build and scale the brand in Asia Pacific, as well as work with key accounts on their digital marketing goals.
