Mark is the Chief Digital Officer of Accent Group Ltd, Australia's largest footwear retailer with over 430 stores across Australia & New Zealand. Mark has extensive experience in a variety of retail disciplines including Merchandise, Marketing, eCommerce, CRM, and Omni-channel retail.

With a strong reputation as an agent for change, Mark has lead several high-profile change management and strategic projects at Accent Group through digitising the organisation and reimagining retail. He is responsible for the Group Digital Strategy and execution for 9 retail and wholesale brands including, The Athlete's Foot, Platypus, HypeDC, Skechers, Vans, Timberland, Merrell, Sperry, Saucony & CAT.

Tan’s last role was Global Head of Digital and Media for the Consumer Business Group at Huawei Technologies which is the world’s third largest smartphone manufacturer. He led a team of forty staff in Shenzhen/ London, worked cross functionally with all marketing functions to develop global brand and product campaigns. Key regions including Europe, LATAM, ME and APAC. 

From agencies, such as OMD and The Hyperfactory he has gained experience with many industry categories including telecommunications, consumer electronics, FMCG, financial services, travel and government.
