Barbara is the founder of Hiya Marketing, a CX consultancy that focuses on unearthing insights that direct business transformation and shape market propositions. Connecting businesses with their customer’s needs. Before Hiya, Barbara spent 17 years working in leading agencies and consultancies designing and implementing CX transformation programmes.
Throughout her 20-year career she has worked across B2B and B2C helping companies of all sizes in all sectors learn how to be customer centric. Sectors including FMCG, travel, financial services, healthcare, real estate, software & tech, public sector, retail & telco business of all shapes and sizes.
Barbara has extensive experience in developing and delivering CX training programmes and courses. As well as creating CX blended learning programmes for companies to utilise on-demand for their employees.
