Claire Hazle is currently Director of Digital Customer Products at financial services company Legal & General, responsible for Scrum teams delivering digital change for customers and pension scheme members. She leads a division of around 70 engineers, architects, product managers, Scrum Masters and user experience designers.

She has over 25 years’ experience in Marketing and Digital across a range of industries including travel (Carnival UK, Cosmos Tours), not for profit (Cancer Research UK, Marie Curie), and financial services (Friends Provident, L&G). Her specialisms include digital and marketing strategy, integrated campaign planning, digital transformation and user experience.

As a neurodiverse leader, Claire passionately promotes diversity and authenticity in the workplace.

Claire was recognised by The Drum as being 45th in the top 100 most influential digital marketers (‘Digerati’) in the UK for her digital transformation work at Marie Curie. She is a member of the Econsultancy Digital Advisory Board.

Outside of work, Claire is an aspiring children’s author and interior designer.
