ASOS, the pure-play fashion brand, has announced that it will reintroduce an affiliate marketing platform after cancelling its previous affiliate work at the end of last year. "Next year we'll reintroduce affiliate marketing but as it should be, as opposed to affiliates as they were," said Nick Robertson, ASOS CEO. "[There'll be] no silly commissions being paid to grubby little people in grubby studios growing income at our expense, getting in the way of genuine sales." He also revealed that as of next month the ASOS magazine, launched in September, would increase to 60 pages an issue and extend its print run to 500,000 due to consumer demand.
