He will be responsible for the profitability and day-to-day running of the site’s operations, and will report to the board of Jamplant, the private-equity firm that bought Kelkoo from Yahoo last year. Low-cost airline Ryanair has hired Laszlo Tamas as sales and marketing manager for UK and Ireland. He leaves his position as sales and marketing manager at Lufthansa.

Digital direct marketing agency CheezeDMG has appointed Denise Turner to the role of business development director. She joins from digital agency Cimex where she was commercial director.

User experience consultancy Foolproof has bolstered its client services team with the appointments of Danny Weston as account director and Gemma Coward as an account manager. Weston joins from Radley Yeldar where he was senior account director. Coward moves from digital agency Bit10 where she was account manager.

Digital marketing agency Netstep has appointed Erica Deeman as an account director. She joins the Netstep client servicing team from agency Sixteen Hands where she was account director.

Milkround, News International’s digital graduate recruitment company, has appointed Zach Leonard as MD. He was director of digital strategy and development at News International.

Search agency Barracuda Digital has hired Pavan Bhullar as senior copy-writer. She was previously senior copy-writer at Woolworths.

Pete Williams and Steve Temple have co-founded digital agency Gibe Digital. Williams was previously account director at creative agency Dare, while Temple was director of his eponymous software development company.
