FAQs
Q. I completed the old version of the course, do I need to do it again?
A. Every module has been completely re-filmed and updated to reflect current best practice and trends, plus you’ll find new recommend resources for each, so we strongly recommend taking the course again to ensure your digital knowledge is as up-to-date as possible. However, if you’d rather not complete the whole course, why not jump straight to the modules that meet your immediate needs?
Q. I can’t access the course.
A. This course is exclusive to Econsultancy subscribers, so you must be signed in to your subscriber account to access it. If you need to reset your password you can do this here. Not a subscriber? View our packages here.

Q. My whole team would benefit from taking this course, do you have any advice on the best ways to approach this?
A. That’s great! We have many organisations sending cohorts through the Fast Track to Digital Marketing Online. Get in touch to find out how we can help with engagement, advanced reporting, or the bespoke options we can offer: subs.support@econsultancy.com
Q. I’m really busy, do I need to complete the whole course?
A. We recommend completing the course in full to get a thorough and up-to-date overview of digital marketing. But don’t worry, even if you’re extremely busy, the course is designed to work around your schedule. It’s split into 12 video modules lasting no more than 30 minutes, and you can complete these at your own pace, when it suits you. Plus, you can now also complete modules on-the-go with the new mobile optimised version, making it really convenient.
If you still feel that you really can’t squeeze the whole course in, you can jump to the modules that best suit your current needs. Alternatively, check out Microlearning, which offers over 60+ bite-size modules, lasting around 1-minute each. Perfect for when you’re short on time.

A. Excellent, well done. Get in touch and we’ll send it across. Keep on top of the latest developments through the topic hubs pages, or boost your learning further with our Microlearning.
Q. How do get hold of my certificate?
A. Your certificate will be available for you to download on the course page once you’ve completed the exam.
Q. I’m part way through the original FTDM, should I continue this and can I still access it?
A. You can still access the previous version of the course here, but we recommend starting the new version to get the most up-to-date insight, best practice and advice. The content is entirely new, more detailed and better connected, so it’s best to take the course in full, even if you’ve completed a topic in the older version.
Q. I’m not sure if the course is relevant for me – who is it aimed at/who should take it?
A. Fast Track to Digital Marketing is relevant for everyone working in the digital sphere, specifically marketers, digital marketers and ecommerce professionals. Whether you are new to the industry and looking to kick-start your career, a digital specialist or senior decision maker, the course enables you to grow your knowledge.
Q. Do I have access to FTDM as part of my Econsultancy subscription?
A. Yes! This course is available to all our subscribers. Not a subscriber? Learn more and subscribe here.
