London, UK and New York, NY - 5th May 2004 - Messaging security and management specialist MailKey Corporation (OTCBB: MAKY) is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Donner as the company’s Chief Architect.

Bill will be responsible for leading MailKey’s technology vision and direction, and will be working closely with the team in developing its message management technology. His expertise in systems integration will enable the corporation to capitalise on the converging message management sector.

Bill has been developing cutting edge systems for leading corporations for over twenty years. In the early 1980s Bill built and ran Precision Business Systems - a Wall St. based Systems Integrator - and in 1990 he led the design and development of the Bank of America’s MoneyMatch trading system.

Bill also held the position of Chief Architect at Reuters in the UK before joining NY-based private equity fund Fenway Partners to lead the technology investment group. More recently he served as CIO of Elogex, Inc, a supply chain execution management service, before founding MedCommons - a virtual radiology service.

Graham Norton-Standen, CEO of MailKey Corporation, said, “We’re delighted to have Bill on board. His experience in technology innovation and integration is invaluable. Bill will help us to gain a real competitive edge in what is becoming an important sector.”

Bill said, "I am looking forward to working with the MailKey team, developing innovative secure messaging solutions for both personal and commercial use. The need for protected communications channels between personal devices and computers is a major requirement in today's marketplace. MailKey will be delivering a series of solutions that address these needs on open and inter-operable standards based platforms."

About MailKey - www.mailkey.com
MailKey, with offices in the United States, Europe and Asia, is a messaging security company that provides a suite of applications and technologies to manage and control messages and limit the dangers posed by the rapid growth of electronic communication. MailKey protects companies from intrusive or dangerous messages, whether they be e-mail, SMS or MMS messages, and helps protect businesses from the most important threats inherent in electronic communication -- spam, viruses, identity theft, mail abuse and lapses in enforcing company security policy.

Unlike existing solutions which are, for the most part, reactive attempts to manage external threats, MailKey’s applications analyze and apply rules to all incoming and outgoing messages on a network. In so doing, MailKey’s technology is designed to put control back in the hands of a company's IT department. MailKey is currently addressing a number of markets, including Internet service providers, operators of corporate networks and cellular network operators.
