Kuoni Travel has appointed Fortune Cookie as their Specialist Travel Division’s online agency. The six-figure, 3 year contract was awarded as the result of a rigorous competitive pitch.

Kuoni’s Specialist Travel Division includes Voyages Jules Verne, The Travel Collection, Kuoni Sport Abroad, Kuoni Schools and Student Travel, Kuoni Leisure Groups, Kuoni Events, Kuoni Challenge for Charity.

This engagement will deliver significant enhancements to the online customer experience through new and improved designs as well as ensuring the adoption of best practice in the areas of search engine optimisation, accessibility and usability.

Fortune Cookie will review information architecture to improve customer access to meet increased online business targets. Whilst looking to improve operational efficiency through efficient content management and intuitive online customer service.
