Continued upswing in the UK online market bodes well for Accipiter as company signs new clients and multiple licence upgrades with a number of its largest customers

LONDON, UK and RALEIGH, NC – February 01, 2006 – Accipiter Solutions, Inc., an online advertising technology innovator since 1996, today announced it has signed six new customers and provided significant product licence upgrades for seven existing clients in the European market. Accipiter has recently enjoyed a significant upswing in recorded sales of its solutions in Europe thanks to a robust market. IAB Europe released a study in Spring of 2005 noting that online ad spend has grown faster than any other advertising in history, with the market share increasing significantly versus other channels. A second study released late last year by IAB Europe and JupiterResearch showed that content owners are experiencing increased site usage and loyalty, growing online media consumption, and an emerging blend of sophisticated content-attached online ad options – all good news for Accipiter’s European business arm.

Accipiter recently signed Financial News Online to an AdManager Licensed contract for its industry-related web site, Financial News Online is the leading source of information for Europe's investment banking, fund management and securities industries.

Accipiter also recently signed the Egyptian arm of LINKdotNET, the largest ISP provider in the Middle East, serving nine countries and ten portals, to an AdManager Licensed contract. Accipiter’s first Egyptian customer and the largest Pan Middle-Eastern AdManager installation, LINKdotNET is licensed to serve up to 450 million ads per month across its site network. The company migrated to AdManager from an in-house solution and plans to implement AdManager’s unique XML server integration tool to integrate with an existing sales booking system.

Accipiter also strengthened its position in the Italian market by signing Editoriale Domus, a leading automotive offline and online press category with the magazine Quattroruote and the website, and BBJ, a large web agency, to use AdManager Hosted. Editoriale Domus, a competitive win for Accipiter, was able to get up and running with the AdManager solution in record-time. Accipiter’s world-class professional services team assisted Editoriale Domus in getting their site live in only a week.
