RedEye, the eCRM agency, today announced that Kwik Fit Insurance Services is using RedEye technology to understand visitor behaviour on www.kwik-fitinsurance.com , measure the success of online marketing campaigns and develop event-driven email marketing programmes.

Kwik Fit offers car and breakdown insurance as well as travel, home contents and buildings insurance. With RedEye’s help Kwik Fit will be able to segment their website visitor database using transactional and behavioural characteristics. They will use RedEye’s automated event driven email marketing tool to send timely and highly targeted emails, for example, to remind existing customers at the appropriate time to renew their annual cover or for contacting lapsed customers with new offers. The emails will also be used to remind prospects who have asked for a quote but not completed the transaction, of the quote details, to encourage them to finish the purchase.

The performance of each individual email will be then tracked and measured using RedEye’s email campaign management tools, and the key performance indicators reported to gauge the success of the campaign.
