The company also announced that it has named Dave Johnson, Managing Partner of’s Chicago office, as President of North America. Co-founder Chan Suh will remain as Chairman.

As CEO, Eastman will be responsible for all aspects of worldwide operations for the company, with an immediate focus on European expansion. With since 1998, Eastman has greatly impacted’s success and growth throughout his tenure, most recently as Managing Director of the London office. He will report to Jeremy Pagden, President and CEO of Tequila Worldwide, whose role encompasses oversight of marketing services businesses within TBWA Worldwide.

Dave Johnson, Managing Partner of’s Chicago office, will assume the role of President of North America, and oversee the growth and staff of’s North American region. Johnson joined in 1998 when Digital Vision Communications, an interactive agency he founded in 1995, was acquired by During his tenure,’s Chicago office has seen strong growth working with clients including HP, Grainger and ABN AMRO. Johnson will remain in Chicago and report directly to Eastman.
