5 (up from last months 3) sites were error free this month.

Website Compliance
Accessibility Compliance – results of automated testing against the mandatory requirements of Priority 1 (A) Accessibility (sites are also tested for AA compliance): 25 (last month 21) sites passed all Accessibility A tests, 58 (last month 54) sites had less than 10% of pages with failures. 77 (last month 80) sites failed AA tests on every page.
Following sites failed the mandatory A along with basic AA tests on every page;

HTML – The site with the lowest number of warnings [HTML standards compliance within the requirements laid down by W3C and IETF] was Daily Mail and General Trust with 9, worse site for HTML was Marks and Spencer with nearly 33,000 problems.

Website Performance
41 (last month 35) sites passed all basic speed tests, looking at first page download and simulated as being viewed by users with modem [56k] and ADSL [512k] access.
The site with the fastest response time was O2, Shire had the slowest response time and was 71 times slower. The site with the fastest download speed was British Land; Shire had the slowest download speed and was 206 times slower than British Land.
