Internet World and Technology For Marketing & Advertising join forces with E-Consultancy in dynamic marketing agreement

3/4/08: E-consultancy (www.e-consultancy.com) today announces they have chosen CMPi, organisers of Internet World and Technology For Marketing & Advertising, to become their exclusive online media partner for a 12 month period. The partnership will see E-consultancy solely promoting Internet World and Technology for Marketing & Advertising to their subscriber-base of 61,500 online and digital marketing professionals.

E-consultancy agreed the strategic deal with Internet World and TFM&A because the two shows are the most appealing to the site’s readership. This development allows Internet World, TFM&A and E-consultancy to work more closely together, crucially enabling a pooling of knowledge resource: defining relevant show content, sharing market contacts and targeting the membership database of E-consultancy. As part of the agreement, E-consultancy CEO Ashley Friedlein will also be speaking in the Internet World Keynote theatre, addressing “Monetising Social Media”.

Simon Mills, Event Director of Internet World and TFM&A said, “E-consultancy has a reputation as being the best destination on the Internet for news, opinions and information on online and digital marketing. With Internet World and TFM&A the two leading events for the market it makes a lot of sense that we work closely together.”

Ashley Friedlein, E-consultancy CEO, said, “We decided to work exclusively with Internet World and TFM&A because we believe these shows closely match the interests of our subscribers. Internet World is where business is done by the UK’s digital and online marketing community – so it makes complete sense to keep people updated on all the latest from the event in the run-up.”

Internet World is taking place on the 29 April – 1 May 2008 at Earls Court 2, London. Technology For Marketing and Advertising will take place again next year on the 24 – 25 February 2009 at Earls Court 2, London.
