LB Icon and Framfab announces a merger that will create Europe's Number 1 digital marketing services agency. In the UK, LB Icon Ltd and Wheel, both LB Icon Group companies, will merge with Framfab, bringing together the UK’s market leaders in both design and technology solutions as well as digital marketing communications.

Combined, the new company will now have 350 staff and turnover of circa £40 million, making it larger than many of the UK's biggest traditional advertising agencies. Globally the new company will have a turnover of £100 million with 1,200 staff operating in 10 countries.

This move provides the new entity with an enhanced ability to respond to increasing international client demand for digital marketing services. The companies currently have highly complementary operations, and a blue-chip client base, which will make the new venture market leaders in the UK, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Company cultures are in line with one another as the group’s long-standing track record in the digital space means they all share similar histories and depth of industry experience. The new combined entity will be a truly international, full-service operation that will be attractive to both customers and investors.
