HYPERVISION joins leading international full service digital agency group

BRUSSELS – 30th March 2006 – Agency.com, the full service interactive agency, today announced that HYPERVISION (www.hypervision.be) will become the seventh full service office in the group, renamed Agency.com Brussels.

Agency.com Brussels (previously HYPERVISION) has been active in interactive communications in Belgium since 1991. Their activities and client portfolio dovetail with those of Agency.com. Current clients such as Masterfoods, Mitsubishi Motors, PlayStation, Samsonite Corporation have been working with the agency for several years, to create and manage all digital their touchpoints. Activities range from the creation of interactive marketing campaigns to the development of high-quality websites.

11 years old, Agency.com was founded in 1995 in New York and in 2003 became a fully-owned subsidiary of the Omnicom Group, Inc. (OMC).In 2005 Agency.com became affiliated with the TBWA\ advertising network. This alignment of agencies is designed to be able to offer clients a holistic solution for seamless integrated communications. With HYPERVISION’s transformation, this unique, through-the-line agency model will come to Brussels, with TBWA\, TEQUILA\ and Agency.com Brussels working close together on national and international clients.

The opening of the Brussels office is the first major development to occur under the control of Agency.com’s new Chief Executive Officer, David Eastman. Taking over the role at the beginning of March 2006, Eastman’s immediate focus was cited as being on European expansion.

HYPERVISION will begin operating as Agency.com Brussels with immediate effect.
