Within the first quarter of implementing Scene7, online registration on Hartwell Classic Apparel’s e-commerce site increased by more than 300% while unique visitors and repeat visitors increased over 600% year over year.

Hartwell Classic Apparel sells “blank” wearables and embroidered items to all segments of the promotional industry including wholesalers, corporate providers, uniform distributors, resorts, and sporting divisions. The company sells its products to customers and distributors via its web site and field sales force. In addition to its own line of clothing, Hartwell Classic Apparel also has exclusive distribution rights to 28 styles from Liz Claiborne and Claiborne for the promotional products market. Hartwell Classic Apparel wanted to add value to its web site to push beyond its competitors in the marketplace and to present its entire product line including all options and details, reflecting the high quality and innovation in its merchandise. In less than a month, Scene7’s solution reduced Hartwell Classic Apparel’s production time and costs by more than 60% while dramatically enhancing its product presentation online.
