Do you have a question about one of the SiteMorse tests, wonder what we check for when checking email systems, would like to know more about the accessibility standards?

To help answer these any many more questions, we have now introduced a full searchable knowledge base, it contains the detail of every test we carry out, many questions around web standards, the feedback from our last couple of years customer surveys (all anonymous) – hopefully providing the answers to many of the frequent questions we are asked together with specific details of what are tests are looking for.

We are looking to continually add to the content of the knowledge base, including the linking out to many useful web resources on web site build, good practice and standards - If there is anything you would like added, please email kbase@sitemorse.com

The knowledge base can be found at http://www.sitemorse.com – on the second tab from the end (at top of the page)
