Targeting IKEA customers in-store and loyalty scheme members, the strategy work is already underway with creative set for a winter launch.

The plasma screens are part of the efforts intended to enhance the customers’ experience in-store, as well as generating interest in current offers and promotions.

The eCRM strategy will look at driving brand loyalty, promoting current offers, driving footfall to the store and growing the database of customers which sign up to the IKEA loyalty scheme. was appointed after demonstrating a strong strategic approach and eCRM creative, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the IKEA sense of humour and tone of voice and the through-the-line customer journey.
