Operative Appoints VP of European Sales and Account Management

London, UK – June 29 2006 – Operative, the leading provider of ad operations software, consulting and outsourcing services around the world, today announced the appointment of Lyndon Gasking as VP of European Sales and Account Management. Gasking will report to Operative’s SVP of Global Sales, Tullio Siragusa and will be based in Operative’s European headquarters in London. His appointment follows Operative’s recent announcement that it has re-branded from Trafficmac to Operative in Europe and relocated to larger offices in central London to support its growth.

As VP of European Sales and Account Management, Gasking will be responsible for the strategic growth of Operative’s sales and business development in Europe and overseeing the success of its three distinct product offerings: business process management software, consulting services and on demand or full service ad trafficking. Gasking will also work closely with Siragusa to facilitate the penetration of new markets, strengthen relationships with customers and build brand recognition.

A native Australian, Gasking joins Operative from online intelligence company Hitwise where he held the position of International Senior Business Development Manager for Australia and New Zealand. During his five years with Hitwise, Gasking played an instrumental role in helping build sales for Australia, Asia Pacific and the UK market. Prior to this, Gasking was Corporate Sales Manager for Hutchinson Communications Australia and held sales and training roles at Sales.com and Foxtel. He was also Managing Director of digital music retailer Vibe Inc.

Gasking is currently co-authoring a book on electronic marketing and has written a number of papers on B2B ebusiness. He has also been a guest lecturer at Universities throughout Australia speaking on online media and marketing.
