New York, July, 2006 – DoubleClick, a leading global provider of digital advertising technology and services for marketers, ad agencies and web publishers, today announced that it is taking a minority holding in ADTECH AG, a technology supplier of digital marketing with headquarters in Germany. DoubleClick is acquiring shares previously held by other shareholders.

DoubleClick acquired Falk eSolutions AG earlier this year. The investment announced today stresses DoubleClick’s ongoing commitment to the European market.

The investment in another European supplier of digital marketing systems is a sign of the advancing consolidation in the market for digital advertising. DoubleClick’s DART systems are increasingly becoming the industry standard for digital marketing technologies for advertisers, publishers, and media agencies in Europe, including Rich Media, search-engine marketing and optimisation.
