70% growth in revenue within the last year sees a series of new contract wins including TML, Pets at Home and Hoseasons Holidays

Logan Tod & Co., an independent digital consultancy, adds three new wins to its portfolio of clients; each with the main focus on multi-channel e-commerce, and integrating online and offline activity to boost return on investment.

The contract charges Logan Tod with improving TML’s online marketing conversion rates and generating better return on investment from online activity. Tasked with in-depth analysis and supporting the ongoing development of the TML site, Logan Tod is set to enhance and improve the website, focussing on landing pages and perfecting the application process.

Pets at Home, the pet store chain, is also looking to integrate its online and in-store activity. Logan Tod is helping to improve the business by focussing on in-depth analysis and recommendations for site improvements.

Completing the treble is Hoseasons Holidays, the UK’s leading self-catering holiday specialist. Charged with helping Hoseasons to adapt to the changing behaviour patterns in the consumer market, Logan Tod is set to integrate the holiday brochure, online activity and call centre and work with the Hoseasons team to completely redesign the existing website.

Matthew Tod comments, “In one case we have identified a very interesting relationship between the call centre and web site activity. An opportunity to improve offline sales has been revealed in the online data. To meet this proliferation of new business, Logan Tod will be strengthening and expanding its team over the coming months, recruiting analysts, consultants and technology staff.
