Entry into Spanish and Indian Markets Complements Accipiter’s Growing European Client Base

LONDON, UK and RALEIGH, NC – July 27, 2006 – Accipiter Solutions, Inc., an online advertising technology innovator since 1996, today announced that its European office has signed several new clients, including its first Spanish and Indian customers. New to Accipiter’s growing list of AdManager clients are NetFocus Spain and India-based Ozone Media. Several established clients including Haymarket Publishing and United Advertising Publications have recently upgraded their existing AdManager licensed software to AdManager Hosted contracts. Other clients such as eircom have extended and/or expanded their existing contracts to support increased online advertising demand.

Global Online Ad Growth

Low-cost broadband service and e-commerce are contributing factors to the explosion of global internet use throughout the world. The strong UK market has created unprecedented online ad spending trends. According to a recent figures compiled by the World Advertising Research Centre (WARC) on behalf of the Advertising Association (AA), online advertising in the UK rose 73 percent during 2005, taking ad revenues to $9 billion.

Other parts of the world are following that trend. As Spain continues to mature its internet audience and usage, its online market potential reaches new levels. According to the 7th interactive media advertising study produced by PriceWaterhouseCoopers Spain, IAB Spain and Antevenio, Spanish internet advertising spending grew by 52 percent in 2005.

NetFocus Spain specialises in secure information exchange solutions for electronic media and will optimise Accipiter’s AdManager Hosted for ads, offers, and promotions using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). The company is expected to deliver significant ad traffic volumes per month using AdManager.

Internet usage in India reached 38.5 million in 2005, according to data released by the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI); up by 54 percent from 25 million in 2004. That boom has created significant increases in online advertising spending. The total spending for 2004-2005 was about $18 million, but IAMAI predicts spending will hit $34 million in the next financial year and will cross $57 million in 2006-2007.The Indian online advertising industry is estimated to be worth $15-million today, but expected to achieve 40% growth year on year reaching an estimated $150 million by 2010.

Taking full advantage of this impressive growth as quickly as possible was imperative to India-based Ozone Media. After considering several competitive solutions, Ozone Media selected Accipiter’s AdManager Hosted with the GeoTargeting module. Accipiter’s service to Ozone Media is expected to grow over the next three months reaching 150 million ads per month.

Existing UK-based customers also continue to rely on Accipiter for practical, effective solutions for their evolving ad needs. Haymarket Publishing and United Advertising Publications both recently upgraded their existing AdManager licensed software contracts to AdManager Hosted. Both clients also migrated existing databases with no loss of data or re-tagging required. Another UK customer, eircom, recently signed a tier upgrade to support growing demand for online advertising.
