e-Learning specialist Cimex has partnered with Bacardi Brown-Forman Brands (BBFB) and The Training School to develop an effective and attractive in-house personnel development programme.

As part of a bespoke training package for BBFB, Cimex designed a video-guide to cocktail making which featured as a key tool in the company’s interactive e-Learning programme. With the objective of enriching user engagement, the programme was also designed to maximise sales potential within BBFB’s sales force.

Seeking to build upon BBFB’s existing e-learning tool, the Bacardi Learning Centre (BLC), Cimex worked with the firm to audit existing learning content, define learning objectives and recommend the best learning blend.

Based on the audit findings Cimex developed a flexible and stimulating programme to promote deeper understanding and higher retention levels of the subject matter using the engaging qualities of motion capture.

The modules cater for a diverse range of learning requirements, are user friendly and functional. The content is fully SCORM compliant and can be dropped into BBFB’s current learning management system. It also allows accredited exams to be taken and assessed online.
