Influential weekly current affairs magazine The New Statesman has launched a new website at The site, designed by interactive design consultancy Wilson Fletcher is a comprehensive online companion to the resurgent New Statesman magazine, recently voted 'current affairs magazine of the year'.

Featuring all the content from the magazine, plus numerous online exclusives, the site is a complete redesign of the New Statesman website. The site blends a sophisticated visual language with progressive features throughout: user commenting is now available on all content, the site features more than a dozen blogs, a new agony-aunt in the form of ex-glamour model Marina Pepper, and the world's first blogosoap centred around life in an eco-village.

Working in partnership with New Statesman's in-house technology team, Wilson Fletcher carried out a comprehensive overhaul of the site structure, introduced a new visual language across the site, and provided all template code required for the site's construction.
