LONDON, 24 November, 2006 - Steak Media today announces the appointment of Joy Remuzzi as Marketing Director. Reporting directly to Tony Samios, COO, and Oliver Bishop, CEO, this new role will be key in helping the company in its expansion from a specialist search agency into a full service online media agency.

Ms. Remuzzi, formerly business development and marketing manager at SEM consultancy Greenlight Search Marketing, has over ten-plus years in international publicity and marketing, honed at both UK and US firms.

An American, Ms. Remuzzi came to the UK in 2002 to be the WorldCom Account Manager at its London-based web development agency. She had spent the three previous years on the client side, as Global Web Marketing Manager for UUNET/WorldCom, where she spearheaded the implementation of a multilingual, global CMS (content management system) for the public corporate web site, and then developed online marketing strategies to leverage the system’s flexibility. Prior to that she was a member of the Investor Relations team that took a pan-European telecoms start-up through a successful initial public offering (IPO) in 1999.
