Channel Intelligence Leverages Funding by Internet Capital Group to Focus on Innovation

ORLANDO – November 30, 2006 – Channel Intelligence (CI), a leader in technology innovation for Web-initiated commerce, today announced a financing of the company by Internet Capital Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICGE). CI seeks to drive greater advancements in innovative channel solutions and further strengthen its market position through the funding provided by ICG.

Internet Capital Group (ICG) provides financial resources and operational expertise to select partner companies that represent the future of business efficiency technology in on-demand Internet software and services. CI will leverage the financial resources and expertise provided by ICG to enhance its industry-leading SellCast™, SellCore™ and SellPath® e-commerce solutions, as well as grow market share through new and exciting product offerings in 2007.

ICG acquired an approximately 40% interest, on a primary basis, in CI, purchasing $15 million of Series F Preferred Stock. ICG will designate two of five Channel Intelligence board seats.
