Pavilion has been appointed to create a new online presence and re-brand for Synergist Express Limited.

Synergist are the UK's leading provider of agency management systems, centrally facilitating all business functions from estimating and timesheets to job tracking on a cross platform system.

The North West based company were excited by Pavilion’s strategic approach and impressive technical and creative credentials.

“For us, they pressed all the right buttons, marketing excellence combined with a friendly can-do attitude. That’s why we’re looking to develop our working relationship with the agency long term,” says Nicholas Lane, Synergist Sales and Marketing Director.

On the agencies approach, Pavilion Creative Director, Peter Davis, says, “It is a great opportunity to create a holistic brand concept from developing a new logo and positioning line, through to creating a sticky and interactive website."

Pavilion’s Deputy Managing Director, Liane Salthouse adds, “Each brief is approached from a commercial perspective and only then do we apply creative innovation. Solutions are therefore practical and effective but challenge convention. We call this ’Sharper Thinking’ and it allows us to look beyond the obvious and discover new ways of talking to customers and ultimately challenge perceptions of the Synergist brand.”

Due for launch in May 2007, the new site will be built in Pavilion’s CMS and fully optimized for search. A number of key selling tools on the home page will include, an elevator pitch using video, animation and audio to sum up the Synergist offering and a virtual tour providing an overview of the system and its primary components.

Of the appointment Nicholas adds, “Pavilion’s combination of digital media implementation with strategic marketing is an attractive offering for a technology client such as Synergist.”
