Online recruitment communications agency Enhance Media is implementing a search marketing tool to help companies effectively target job seekers through search engines. Enhance Media has selected BidBuddy®, a search marketing automation tool developed by The Technology Works, to raise its clients’ profiles in major search engines and enable them to recruit more effectively.

Tim Elkington, managing director of Enhance Media comments, “BidBuddy® will help us maximise our clients’ investment in Pay-Per-Click search marketing by managing their sponsorship of relevant keywords on all the major search engines. It provides central management of multiple campaigns from a single interface, to help us optimise bidding in real time and deliver the best results. The sophisticated tracking has helped us increase our value proposition to new and existing clients because we are able to demonstrate the exact ROI a company is getting from their investment.”

The Technology Works provides training and ongoing support to ensure the BidBuddy® solution is smoothly integrated into the Enhance Media business. Prior to implementing BidBuddy®, Enhance Media managed search marketing for its clients manually on each of the major search engines. The Technology Works’ BidBuddy® solution was selected as the best solution for improving the efficiency of the company’s Pay-Per-Click marketing, following a competitive bid.

Matthew Tucker, sales director of The Technology Works said, “Many people visit recruitment sites for the first time because they found it on a search engine, so achieving a high profile is a vital element of attracting qualified candidates. BidBuddy® automates search marketing so that companies are able to manage Pay-Per-Click campaigns in timescales that wouldn’t be possible if you were trying to manage everything manually.”
