18 months after being bought by online behavioural marketing and analysis company RedEye, the e-RM brand is now being fully integrated into its parent company. The new, full service email and SMS marketing capability is being launched under the group name RedEye.

Says Mark Patron, CEO at RedEye, “By combining RedEye’s existing email marketing capabilities with those of e-RM, we have created a business that is much greater than the sum of its two parts. We now have significantly greater capabilities, with a considerably larger platform enabling us to broadcast much higher volumes of emails than ever before. Integrating with RedEye’s analytical expertise, we can also provide a service that is highly targetable and which combines tagging and trigger data for timely, relevant emails based on consumer behaviour.”

RedEye’s email marketing capability is seeing a significant investment in new systems, hardware and technology combined with more account and market facing staff. Already the company has switched on a much larger, more efficient computer centre dedicated to email marketing in addition to existing systems.

The relaunch of e-RM as part of RedEye is a significant step for the company, completing as it does an exclusive offering of digital services. With the RedEye brand now able to deliver user understanding through a complete framework of customer intelligence services, the full absorption of e-RM within RedEye compounds the company’s ethos of an integrated approach to on-line marketing.

Matthew Kelleher, Commercial Director of RedEye adds, “bringing the RedEye offering together in this way will have a significant impact on what we are able to deliver to our clients. Not only can we now email in substantially larger volumes than before - we already deliver 50 million emails a month - we are now in a position to provide an all encompassing service focusing on customer behaviour. With event triggered emails producing results way above traditional e-marketing techniques, launching RedEye Email Marketing completes the cycle that RedEye can offer – from planning and strategy, through targeting, delivery, analysis and back to strategy. RedEye is now supremely positioned to provide a complete overview for clients in the digital marketplace.”

RedEye was established in 1997 and clients include William Hill, Asda, AA,and Warner Breaks. RedEye acquired e-RM in September 2005 to strengthen their own e-mail marketing capabilities and added accessibility and usability specialists Optimum-web last year to complete their integrated portfolio. The company is one of the fastest growing digital marcoms businesses in the country.
