The UK Customer Experience Awards ( are now open for business.

Designed to identify the organisations that consistently deliver great customer experiences, the awards are open to both commercial and public companies. Now in their 12th year (they were previously the Service Excellence Awards), the Awards have developed a reputation as "the Awards your customers want you to win!"

New for 2007 is the Henley Customer Experience Leadership Award. Leaders make things happen and this Award will recognise the inspiration and results that leaders generate. The Award is open to anyone to nominate themselves or others that have truly made a difference.
