One of London’s largest independent estate agents - Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) - has appointed Fortune Cookie to design and build its next generation web site.

Fortune Cookie will work alongside KFH’s incumbent agency - WAI - to develop the search and mapping facility for the site.

Fortune Cookie will deploy Web 2.0 tools and techniques to deliver the ultimate in customer satisfaction.

KFH has 50 branches across the capital, employing more than 650 people.

The company offers a range of professional integrated property services, including residential sales, lettings and estate management, financial services, survey and commercial property services. The KFH website received more than 2million visitors in 2006 and presently displays details of 5,000 properties for sale and to let.
