The new website, which showcases GLTC’s largest range of products to date, will offer enhanced functionality and an improved user experience. Additional features include: a sophisticated in-site search and guided navigation system enabling customers to filter products by type, availability and colour, as well as other attributes. The guided navigation also enhances the customer experience and improves the usability of the site which links in with GLTC’s primary aim to make life as a parent easier. Fresca zoom provides an extremely useable and intuitive yet eminently valuable on-screen tool to allow enlarged and enhanced views of the products. This is achieved by a simple mouse roll-over so no complicated actions are required. The improved check-out process and optional ‘favourites saved’ lists will increase ‘surfer to buyer ratios’ to help drive business growth.

The tight integration with GLTC’s third-party logistics and fulfilment partner iForce now delivers an improved and seamless customer buying experience. It also facilitates easy management of the online catalogue which in turn helps provide an improved customer service.

The integrated Fresca Commerce call centre module provides the telephone sales screens that are intuitive and rapid, providing GLTC the requisite back office tools to deliver a speedy response to customer enquiries and telephone orders.

Fresca’s on-demand e-commerce service Fresca Commerce reduces up-front capital investment, and enables GLTC to focus single-mindedly on trading the site and meeting customer requirements.
