Digital communications agency, Glass, created the site www.FOREVERMARK.com to promote FOREVERMARK on the international stage appealing to both current and prospective owners of FOREVERMARK diamonds. Glass has also been appointed by the DTC to undertake a wide range of digital communications projects, including a strategic review of the organisation's Intranet and Extranet systems.

FOREVERMARK, launched in October 2006, provides consumers with a quality assurance that FOREVERMARK diamonds are of the highest quality and ethical standards. Using the website, FOREVERMARK diamond owners can re-authenticate their diamonds by inputting the unique FOREVERMARK inscriptions on their stones (which are invisible to the naked eye and inscribed using proprietary DTC technology).

Glass has provisioned multiple language support for regions in which FOREVERMARK diamonds are available, also ensuring that visitors to the site can find FOREVERMARK stores in their local market and language. The site is currently live in Japan, Hong Kong, India and China, with other regions coming on stream in the future. Meanwhile, the choice of the EPiServer Content Management System provides the DTC with a robust and industry leading web publishing tool, able to effortlessly handle future development of FOREVERMARK content and multiple languages.

Elsewhere, Glass has undertaken a strategic review of DTC's Intranet system with a view to developing a long-term strategy for it encompassing usability, design and prototyping. It is also providing the DTC with consultancy on strategy, interactive design and information architecture for the 'Sightholders' extranet system which serves the DTC's international network of clients. The DTC is also using digital to promote its commitment to conflict free diamonds with Glass being engaged to revise for the best in user experience its directory of trade clients, or DTC Sightholders.

Glass CEO Ben Hart says, "We are delighted to be working with the DTC and developing a strong understanding of what is a truly unique business. We believe that digital is providing them an industry leading brand platform for the future ensuring that they continue to deliver outstanding value in the Diamond industry. Within our advisory role we look forward to continuing to recommending new and exciting ways of solving old problems through creativity and insightful use of digital media"
