Mr. Gupta, a customer focused and visionary technology executive, was most recently the Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Strategist at CA (NYSE:CA), one of the world’s largest software companies.

Mr. Gupta brings extensive experience in product development, marketing, strategy, planning, and business development to FatWire. Over the past decade, he achieved remarkable success in a number of senior management roles at CA, including five years as their CTO, where he defined the company’s product strategy and technology direction. In 2004, he was selected by InfoWorld as one of the 25 most influential CTO’s worldwide. In the 1990’s, Gupta launched CA’s flagship product Unicenter, and grew the business to over a billion dollars in annual revenues within five years. Later, as the head of CA’s $2 billion distributed product portfolio, Gupta managed an organization of over 2000 software professionals and grew revenues by 16% in a one year period.

Gupta holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin.
