Under the terms of the agreement, IT Solutions will offer existing and future Irish customers Talisma’s CIM product suite, which includes Talisma Knowledgebase, Email, Chat, Phone, VoIP and Campaign, alongside complementary telephony solutions from existing technology partners such as Verint and Intervoice. By expanding its portfolio to include Talisma’s CIM suite, IT Solutions can offer integrated call centre solutions that incorporate both telephony and online customer service technologies, to enable customers to meet increasing consumer demand for web-based communication channels alongside traditional telephony channels.

As well as helping Talisma expand its commercial footprint in Ireland, the agreement with IT Solutions will also benefit Talisma’s existing Irish customers, such as 02 Ireland, VHI, Bupa and AOL, who will have access to local support from IT Solutions.
